About Dwelly: Dwelly is a UK-based, AI-enabled lettings and property management platform, growing through a roll-up strategy acquiring estate agencies. The company leverages two arms: i) acquiring existing letting agencies, effectively buying its highly sticky, recurring revenue-type landlords portfolios, and then ii) building technology to automate tenant management, payments, and post-rental property maintenance. The company integrates AI services to automate all business processes within brick-and-mortar real estate agencies, integrating them into a tech-enabled digital letting platform in two months to improve user experiences and increase efficiency.

We’re a fast-growing, product-focused company, backed by top-tier investors and led by a team with deep experience in real estate, technology, and operations.

Own post-launch issue resolution, including managing the risk register.
  • Operational & Administrative Oversight: Coordinate and execute operational tasks such as accounting consolidation, office and car lease terminations, and other administrative activities. Ensure all operational facets are thoroughly addressed, setting up each launch for long-term success. Monitor KPIs and health metrics of acquired businesses, proactively identifying potential issues.
  • Talent & Team Transition Management: Act as a liaison with stakeholders to support a smooth transition while preserving morale and engagement. Help local teams build confidence in new systems and processes.
  • Travel & Onsite Engagement: Travel extensively across the UK, typically spending 2-3 months at a time in various locations to ensure hands-on support for integration processes. Adapt to diverse regional teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
