Position Summary:

Sitting at the heart of account delivery, this role manages day-to-day client relationships, drives timelines and workflows, and ensures campaigns land with impact across media, social and influencer channels. The Account Manager translates strategy into action, coordinating internal specialists, shaping compelling media materials, and ensuring every detail meets Soapbox’s standards. Commercially astute and highly organised, the Account Manager understands budgets, utilisation and resource planning, helping to keep accounts profitable while maintaining exceptional client service. They play a critical role in identifying growth opportunities and supporting new business activity. This role suits someone who thrives in fast-moving sporting environments, understands how stories travel across cultures, and takes pride in turning strong ideas into measurable results.
