About Us: We specialize in premium Ukrainian manicure techniques, serving a discerning clientele of over 21,000 clients across Chelsea, Covent Garden, Soho, Battersea Power Station, Wimbledon, and Westfield White City.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily salon operations and ensure exceptional client experience
- Work front desk shifts as salon administrator (greeting clients, managing bookings, handling payments)
- Monitor and control salon expenses, manage budgets, and optimize profitability
- Manage and motivate a team of nail technicians and reception staff
- Monitor appointment schedules, optimize booking flow, and maximize capacity
- Track inventory levels, minimize waste, and manage supplier orders efficiently
- Drive local marketing initiatives and build community partnerships
- Maintain high service standards and quality control
- Handle client feedback, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Track KPIs including revenue, retention rates, team performance, and cost management
- Recruit, train, and develop team members
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of management experience in beauty, wellness, or luxury service industry
- Willingness to be hands-on and work regular administrative shifts at the front desk
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with booking systems and CRM platforms (Zenoti experience is a plus)
- Experience managing P&L and driving profitability
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to premium standards
- Russian/Ukrainian language skills are a plus but not required
