We are on the lookout for a proactive Recruiter to join our fast-growing, innovative start-up based in Wetherby. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of our business. As part of a small but ambitious team, you'll be instrumental in attracting top-tier talent and expanding our client base, influencing both our company culture and overall growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Business Development & Client Management: Identify, approach, and win new clients, building lasting relationships. Understand clients' hiring needs and offer expert advice to help them secure the right talent.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Source candidates through social media, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews, assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit. Provide recommendations to clients and hiring managers.
- Collaboration & Consultation: Work closely with clients to develop compelling job specifications and recruitment strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 1-2 years recruitment experience, ideally in a start-up or fast-growing business. Experience in business development or client-facing roles is highly desirable.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence both clients and candidates.
- Proactive & Entrepreneurial: A self-starter who can spot opportunities, bring in new business, and think creatively to attract top talent.
- Organised: Able to juggle multiple roles, clients, and processes efficiently.
