We are hiring motivated team members to join our production line on a temp-to-perm basis, from Senior Operators to Line Leaders and Coordinators. These roles ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage the production line to meet output, quality, and hygiene targets.
- Support SOPs, food safety, HACCP, and allergen procedures.
- Train and guide team members (for leadership/coordinator roles).
- Conduct changeovers, allergen cleans, and ensure GMP-compliant work areas.
- Complete effective handovers to ensure continuity between shifts.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication, numeracy, and IT skills.
- Strong understanding of production line operations.
- Food safety awareness, including HACCP and CCP knowledge.
- Safety-conscious, team-focused, and able to meet production targets.
