- Identify, approach, and win new commercial clients, building long-term strategic partnerships.
- Develop and grow your own client portfolio while shaping the wider commercial desk strategy.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing through to successful onboarding.
- Source top-tier candidates using social media, job boards, referrals, networking, and headhunting.
- Present high-quality shortlists and market insights to clients and hiring managers.
- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for current and future demand.
- Play a key role in shaping and building a high-performing recruitment team.
- Work closely with leadership to scale the commercial division.
Experience:
- 1–2+ years in recruitment, ideally within a start-up, agency, or fast-paced growth environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
