Retail Store Supervisor We are looking for a Retail Store Supervisor to join our team on a 20 hour contract, with some overtime available. Pay: £13.10 per hour Contract: 20 hours per week.
About the Role
As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, supporting the team and helping to deliver a great experience for our customers.
Day to day tasks
- Opening and closing the store
- Supervise daily operations
- Visual merchandising - ensuring products are attractively displayed
- Customer service
- Manage sales targets
What We Are Looking For
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Previous retail experience, or experience of working in a fast paced environment
- A reliable, hands-on approach and a positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Leadership skills
Desirable
- Some experience of managing or leading a small team
