Job Description
We\’re looking for an experienced Barista / Front of House team member to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for speciality coffee, excellent customer service skills, and a genuine love for café culture.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve espresso-based and speciality coffee drinks to a high standard
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional attitude
• Support with front of house duties including food service, till operation, and general café upkeep
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years\’ experience as a barista working with speciality coffee
• Confident in dialling in grinders, latte art, and understanding coffee extraction
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
