Commercial Property Solicitor

We are looking for an experienced commercial property solicitor with at least 4 years of PQE to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a growing law firm where you can develop your skills and further your career.

We are particularly keen on recruiting a solicitor with an existing following or who can generate their own work. The ideal candidate will be bright and hardworking, with excellent technical ability, a good communicator, and plenty of initiative.

You will have direct exposure to a wide variety of clients, such as agents, developers, investors, lenders, landlords and tenants, and all types of real estate, including offices, retail, leisure, and industrial.

You will provide legal advice and guidance on various issues, including property acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, licences, and landlord and tenant matters.

Working within our friendly team, you will be given a high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to manage your own matters and work with the support and guidance you need from other experienced solicitors.

Key requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years of PQE

• Technical proficiency in a range of company property matters

• Excellent communication and client care skills

• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

• Enthusiastic about bringing in new clients and work

• Ambitious with a desire for professional development
