So Incredible is a small boutique, digital first Influencer Talent Management Agency and Content Production Studio. Along with our own production studio space and video team, we work with some of the UK’s top content creators and global brands.
We’re looking for a Junior Talent Manager to support our growing roster of creators and help deliver best-in-class campaigns. This is an entry-level role working across influencer marketing, content planning, brand partnerships and creator development. You’ll report to the Talent Manager, with exposure to the day-to-day management of talent and the full campaign cycle. The ideal candidate is deeply plugged into digital culture, creators and creative marketing – someone excited to build meaningful relationships and grow into a lead role with strategic ownership of talent and brand partnerships. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hackney, London.
What you’ll do:
- Talent Support: Assist with comms, schedule management and deliverables tracking for creators.
- Campaign Management: Help Talent Managers oversee brand partnerships from brief to delivery – timelines, assets, approvals.
- Coordination: Talent Calendars, Event Invites & Gifting.
- Content Planning: Coordinate content calendars, brainstorm ideas, and support on creative pitch decks.
- Admin & Reporting: Keep databases up to date, track performance, generate wrap reports.
- Research & Outreach: Identify new talent, commercial opportunities and growth opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Organised and detail-driven – able to juggle multiple creators and deadlines.
- Clear communicator – professional over email, confident on calls, strong at writing briefs.
- Culturally tuned-in – understands trends, creator economy, and Gen Z audiences.
- Experience in a creative, media or influencer role (internships or freelance is fine).
- Fluent in Google Suite, with bonus points for Canva, Missive or SmartSuite.
- Genuine interest in supporting and developing talent long-term.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Location: Hackney Central, London
Hours: 09:30 - 18:00
Salary Range: £27-£30K based on experience
