The Role
Finance Administrator at SO ENERGY
Reporting into our Financial Controller – Anna Lloyd, we’re looking for a Finance Administrator to join the team.
The person within this role will be responsible for supporting our finance department in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations.
What You’ll Be Getting Up To
- Processing invoices, expenses, and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assisting with bank reconciliations and maintaining financial records.
- Supporting the finance team with month-end and year-end processes.
- Maintaining accounts payable and receivable ledgers.
- Assisting in financial reporting and data analysis.
- Ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve finance-related queries.
- General administrative support for the finance department.
This Role Will Be a Great Fit If
- Previous experience in a finance or administrative role.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
