Our client, a leading IT services provider, is seeking multiple Microsoft Dynamics Help Desk Support specialists with expertise in Business Central to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing essential support to clients and ensuring the smooth operation of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Business Central, escalating when necessary.
  • Assist users with system configuration, troubleshooting, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, maintaining clear and professional communication.
