Client Success Executive – Relationship Management & Retention
Salary – £30,000 – £35,000 + 10-15% performance bonus + excellent benefits

Our client is growing fast, and they’re on the lookout for a Client Success Executive who knows how to keep clients happy, engaged and coming back for more. In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of the customer journey, ensuring smooth onboarding, meaningful engagement and long lasting partnerships.
You’ll work closely with sales, logistics, and technical teams – acting as the key point of contact for all things client-related (excluding tech support). If you\’re organised, proactive, and thrive in a people-first culture, please apply!
What you’ll be doing:
- Building trusted, long term relationships with key clients
- Driving satisfaction and retention across a growing portfolio
- Guiding customers through onboarding and day-to-day success
- Supporting upsell and expansion conversations alongside sales
- Coordinating product fulfilment with third-party logistics teams
- Spotting risks early and tackling concerns with care and speed
- Acting as the go-to for all non-technical queries and touchpoints
You’ll need:
- A background in customer success or relationship management
- Must have previous experience in IT services, ideally Microsoft-based tech
- Confident, engaging communication – both written and verbal
- A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
- UK driving license
