You will be the guide for our customers as they begin their journey with Snyk. You’ll join our Customer Solutions team focusing on building strong technical foundations that ensure customers achieve sustainable, long‑term success.
Responsibilities
- Deliver value to customers by owning project delivery from kick‑off to closure for implementation.
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders on status, schedule, and risk factors through each phase of implementation.
- Conduct project kick‑offs, planning sessions and regular delivery meetings.
- Facilitate customer outcomes across teams to deliver positive results.
- Manage and optimize the Snyk Onboarding practices.
- Represent the customer's technical requirements to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical consulting or customer‑facing experience, SaaS software implementation.
- Demonstrated consultative and technical aptitude for bringing people, technology, and processes together.
- Excellent communication skills, organized and disciplined approach to problem‑solving, relationship building, and project management.
- Ability to clearly articulate complex technical issues.
- Interest in application security and understanding of a developer‑first approach.
- Working knowledge of SDLC methodologies.
Preferred
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript or other modern languages.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools.
- Experience as a technical account manager, solution architect, sales engineer or similar for AppSec, CI, or DevSecOps products and services.
- Experience with enterprise‑scale web development technologies and microservices.
