- Experience working with channel partners (VARs, SIs, distributors).
- Confidence managing multi-country programmes and regional budgets.
- A data-driven mindset and comfort using metrics to guide decisions.
- Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
It'd Be Awesome If You Also…
- Feel comfortable owning the room – whether that's in sales planning sessions, partner conversations, or senior stakeholder discussions.
- Like working with smart, pragmatic people who move quickly, focus on outcomes, and keep things human.
- Bring additional European language skills.
- Have supported marketing for AI-powered or cloud-native products.
- Are comfortable travelling across EMEA (up to 30%) for events and partner activity.
