You’ll Spend Your Time:

  • Building high-resolution program plans that deliver the target outcomes.
  • Driving the execution of the work, tracking progress and implementing corrective actions.
  • Setting and managing stakeholder expectations through metrics and qualitative status reporting.
  • Partnering with Engineering and operational leadership to facilitate technical problem-solving.
  • Oversee the implementation of engineering best practices, coding standards, compliance and quality controls.
  • Resolving conflicts and cross-team dependencies while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong technical skills, including hands-on experience with programming languages, databases, and cloud technologies.
  • ~3 years’ experience in program management in the software development space.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

We’d be Lucky if You Have:

  • PMP, PgMP or other professional certifications.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience running software development programs/projects as a technical lead.
  • Knowledge or experience in modern cyber security operations (SAST, DAST).
