Purpose

To source, manage, and deliver high-quality brand, influencer, and content creator partnerships that engage current audiences, attract new ones, and fuel brand growth across GSG brands; Snuz & The Little Green Sheep. As Collaborations & Content Manager, you will also play a key role in developing engaging, on-brand content for our UK and international markets, spanning email, website, product storytelling, and campaigns.

Description

Reporting to the Global Brand Manager and working alongside the broader marketing team, this is an opportunity for a highly organised, creative individual who thrives on building relationships and delivering compelling content that drives measurable results.

You’ll work closely with the Social Content & Community Executive, sharing ideas and insights to ensure collaboration campaigns and content amplify BAU social activity and create a seamless brand experience.

As Collaborations & Content Executive, your role will be varied and fast-paced, giving you the opportunity to shape how GSG partners with brands, influencers, and creators while ensuring the consistency and quality of brand messaging across key channels.

From negotiating partnerships to briefing collaborators, from drafting product copy to optimising website and email content, you’ll be responsible for ensuring everything we create is aligned with our tone of voice, engages our audiences, and delivers commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure brand, influencer, and creator partnerships that align with brand values and audience needs.
  • Manage collaborations from briefing to delivery, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and on time.
  • Create high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content across UK and international markets including, but not limited to, email campaigns, website copy, landing pages, and product descriptions.
  • Work closely with partners and the internal creative team to deliver inspiring, high-quality campaign content.
  • Define clear KPIs for each collaboration and content initiative and provide detailed post-activity reviews, sharing learnings with the wider team.
  • Keep a pulse on partnership trends, industry activity, and competitor collaborations, sharing actionable insights to shape strategy.
  • Promote the value and impact of collaborations and content marketing within the business, driving adoption of insights and championing successes.
  • Support product launches, baby shows, and marketing activations by integrating collaboration and content opportunities into wider plans.

  • Experience in influencer marketing, brand collaborations, or partnership management (agency or brand-side)
  • Experience developing content for email, websites, and/or product copywriting
  • Technical: 3+ years’ experience. Experience with Figma is desirable and the ability to use the Microsoft suite (PowerPoint & Excel) with the aptitude to learn further internal systems. Confident in campaign tracking and reporting tools, plus an understanding of email marketing platforms and best practices for optimising engagement and conversions.
  • Knowledge: Retail brand or marketing agency experience would be advantageous
