snuggs is on an exciting journey. We are Europe’s leading period underwear brand, with over 1 million customers across our key markets in BENELUX, DACH, UK and CEE, and further international expansion underway. We operate across both DTC and B2B, with digital marketing at the heart of how we build the brand, acquire customers and grow our business.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to take ownership of our performance marketing function and help shape the next stage of snuggs' growth!
The Role
As Head of Performance Marketing, you will own the day-to-day performance of snuggs' paid media activity across markets and channels. You will lead the performance marketing strategy and translate commercial targets into high-performing campaigns. You will be the person closest to the ad accounts, performance data and creative testing - constantly optimising spend, campaigns and creatives to improve efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Own paid-media performance: Lead performance marketing across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon and other relevant paid channels.
- Optimise campaigns daily: Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing decisions around budgets, audiences, placements, creatives and bidding.
- Lead creative performance: Identify winning and underperforming creatives, decide where to increase spend, and define what new creative concepts are needed.
- Manage reach and conversion: Balance brand and conversion campaigns and optimise investment based on reach, frequency, impressions, CAC, ROAS and revenue.
- Turn strategy into execution: Take our budget and market priorities and translate them into channel, campaign and creative-level execution.
- Manage performance reporting: Own performance reporting and ensure decisions are based on clear, reliable data and relevant reporting tools.
- Test and scale: Continuously test new audiences, channels, formats and creative approaches and scale what works.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally within D2C retail brands; experience in fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands is a plus.
- Meta Ads expertise is a must.
- Experience managing significant paid-media budgets across multiple markets and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of creative performance and experience running structured testing and optimisation.
- Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, conversion, revenue, reach and frequency.
- Excellent communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
What We Offer
- Hybrid working - our London office is in Shoreditch.
- 25 vacation days.
- Significant discount on snuggs products.
- Personal educational budget for your growth and development.
- International exposure - opportunity to travel and work with our colleagues in the Prague office with a subsidy offered by snuggs.
- Regular company gatherings and team events.
This is a chance to join a growing European consumer brand at an exciting stage and have a real impact on how we scale. If you are looking for your next challenge and are ready to have a significant ownership over our performance function, we're looking forward to getting to know you!
