The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to support our operations team, with a strong focus on booking and coordinating solar PV installations. This is a fast-paced, operational role where you will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, coordinating installers, and ensuring projects move efficiently from survey through to installation. You will act as the key link between our internal teams, subcontractors, and customers – ensuring everything is booked, tracked, and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Book and coordinate solar PV installation appointments with customers and installers
- Manage daily and weekly schedules for operations teams
- Liaise with surveyors, project managers, and subcontractors to align availability
- Track project progress from survey → design → install → completion
- Maintain accurate records across CRM systems (Zoho / JobLogic)
- Ensure all required documentation is in place prior to installation
- Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and access issues efficiently
- Support procurement and logistics coordination where required
- Communicate updates to internal teams and escalate delays or risks
- Prepare simple reports on project status, completions, and pipeline

Experience Required
- Previous experience in project administration, scheduling, or coordination
- Ideally from construction, solar, or renewable energy sectors
- Experience using CRM/job management systems
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
