Snug Services Group are hiring a qualified Electrician with solar PV experience to join our retrofit delivery team in South London.
We are mobilising on a two year social housing retrofit programme covering loft insulation, ventilation and solar PV across South London. This is long term work with real continuity, not a few weeks on site.
The role
- Leading solar PV installations on domestic properties, typically 5 to 16 panel arrays
- Inverter installation and commissioning
- Battery storage systems
- Generation meter installation and commissioning
- Isolation, consumer unit work and DNO notification
- dMEV ventilation installations alongside the PV works
- Working in occupied homes to a high standard of finish and resident care
- ECS Gold Card
- 18th Edition
- Demonstrable solar PV installation experience
- Confident capturing MCS and PAS 2035 completion paperwork for lodgement. We run our own retrofit management app and all evidence is captured digitally on site, so you need to be comfortable working that way
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
- Previous MCS registered installation experience
- Battery storage and EV charge point experience
- Social housing or occupied property experience
