SNSG is actively hiring Level 3 NVQ-qualified Spectator Safety Officers to support major sporting and entertainment events across stadiums and arenas in the Midlands. We’re seeking both SIA DS Officers and non-licensed stewards who are committed to public safety and crowd management in dynamic, high-footfall environments.
This is an ideal role for those who want to be part of prestigious football matches and large-scale events while contributing to a safe, secure experience for attendees.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Spectator Safety
- SIA Door Supervisor Licence (where applicable)
- Smart, professional appearance and excellent conduct
- Strong communication and situational awareness
- Availability for Midlands-based events, particularly during evenings and weekends
