Project Manager (m/f/d)

As a project manager at SNP, you will be working with industry-leading SAP transformation software and

alongside experienced data migration specialists on cutting-edge SAP projects including S/4HANA. You

will be involved in complex data transformation projects on UK and international SAP programmes and be

expected to lead by example to the other consultants on the team.

As a project manager you will be expected to demonstrate leaderships skills, client facing and commercial

capabilities.

SNP is looking for experienced and professional SAP data migration specialists to join a fast-growing SAP

consultancy based in central London. We are looking for ambitious consultants with proven expertise and

a strong interest in SAP data migration., Candidates will have experience as an SAP project manager including data migration projects.

Required:

• 6-8 years of SAP project management experience

• A cross-modular understanding of SAP ERP functionality

• Experience managing teams of consultants remotely

• Customer oriented and focused on delivering high customer satisfaction through excellent delivery

• Awareness of the big picture and context of his/her team and project within a business and the wider

programme

• Driven, enthusiastic, collaborative, pragmatic and diplomatic with a ‘can-do’ attitude and excellent

team player

• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with proven experience of building strong

relationships with client stakeholders

• Commercially strong with the ability to manage to a scope and budget

• A strong problem solver with a pragmatic and tenacious attitude to seek out resolutions

• Driven to continuously improve

• Focused on outcomes not actions

Desirable:

• Experience in bid and pre-sales work to win new business

• Demonstrable experience controlling scope and changes

• S/4HANA experience and/or understanding of the technology and data model changes

• Industry recognised project management qualification, e.g., PRINCE2, SAP Activate.

• Experience operating in a consulting and project delivery business
