Senior Sales Operations Expert (f/m/d) – UK/ Germany
You can work remotely or at our location(s) in London, Heidelberg, Hamburg, Berlin, Thale, Magdeburg or Munich
Your Mission: Join our team!
- Manage the global approval process for pricing and large deal requests in coordination with Sales and Partner teams
- Analyze deal structures and make data-backed recommendations to senior leadership
- Define, implement, and monitor global sales processes, policies, and standards
- Develop and manage management reports to provide visibility into sales performance and operational governance
- Support the creation and communication of sales policies and procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across sales tools, reporting, and processes
What we are looking for: Your profile
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, Economics, or a related field
- Professional experience in a support function such as Sales Operations, Pricing, Finance, or IT
- Solid understanding of Salesforce or a similar CRM system
- Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel
- Strong conceptual and analytical thinking with great attention to detail
- Self-motivated, structured, and reliable way or working with strong organizational skills and affinity to work in an international team
- Excellent written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus but not required
