We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Locker Attendant to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining guest locker facilities, changing areas, and wet areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety.

Duties include monitoring and cleaning changing rooms, washrooms, and locker areas, replenishing supplies as required, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring facilities remain safe, hygienic, and welcoming for all guests.

You will play a key role in supporting the overall guest experience by proactively identifying potential hazards, responding to guest enquiries, and ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain locker areas to a high standard, including the regular upkeep of lockers, cubicles benches, floors, doors, handles, and surrounding surfaces.
  • Open all lockers at the end of each day during close-down procedures and remove any items left inside in line with agreed lost property and operational procedures.
  • Remove litter, waste, and debris from locker and wet areas during each scheduled maintenance visit to ensure they remain safe, hygienic, and presentable.
  • Maintain toilet block areas throughout the building, including toilets, sinks, taps, mirrors, dispensers, floors, walls, door handles, and other agreed touchpoints to a high standard of hygiene.
  • Use materials, equipment, and personal protective equipment safely and appropriately.
  • Display wet floor or warning signs where required during maintenance activities and until surfaces are safe for use.
  • Report any faults, damage, leaks, blockages, missing supplies, or health and safety concerns to the manager on duty promptly.
  • Complete all required maintenance checklists or records after each scheduled task.
