We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team on a fixed term seasonal contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, maintaining exceptional food hygiene and safety standards, managing stock levels, and supporting menu development.
You will work closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure efficient service delivery while consistently meeting guest expectations.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a professional kitchen, excellent culinary skills, strong organisational abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and present food in accordance with food specifications.
- As a pre-requisite, ensure that we have a full stock holding of all menu items.
- Ensure that all food is correctly labelled and stored in accordance with the food safety guidelines.
- To ensure that GP margins exceed budgetary expectations.
- Ensure all food wastage is recorded accurately on the log sheet and that care and attention is devoted to ordering new products, checking existing stock before ordering.
- When checking off the delivery, ensure that the invoiced items match the physical stock delivered.
- To organise and perform stock takes when requested.
- To minimise wastage by maximising product usage across the menu range.
