Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in our flagship Toyota dealership in Hedge End, Southampton for a Service Manager. The Service Manager will oversee all aspects of the service department, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include:

  • Team management
  • Coordinating service operations
  • Maintaining performance standards
  • Ensuring compliance with operational policies
  • Managing budgets
  • Driving the delivery of exceptional service quality
  • Monitoring performance targets

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and team management skills
