Job Summary:

The Driving Spirit. Based in the South and South-West of England, Snows Motor Group is an AM Top 50 automotive retailer covering 20 brands across 54 franchises. We are fortunate to count Kia as one of our brands, and due to continued success, we are on the lookout for an Aftersales Manager to ensure the best post-sale care is delivered by the team at our Snows dealership based in Basingstoke.

Your day:

  • The Aftersales Manager will lead and manage the dealership’s Aftersales team to deliver profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the Aftersales team ensuring all agreed customer service targets are met to maintain the brand experience.
  • Ensure that the Aftersales team work effectively with the Sales and Administration teams (and, where necessary, also across other dealerships) to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Service Department in terms of resource requirements to ensure the key targets of the franchise are achieved.

Hours of work:

  • Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00 (with 1 hour for lunch).
  • Saturday 08:30 - 12:30pm (1 in 3 rota).
