Snows Parts Advisors are responsible for the stock control (ordering/selling/managing) of a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories to ensure our workshop team have the parts and accessories that they need to fix the customer’s vehicles.
You must be keen and enthusiastic with a passion to learn and in return you will receive full training at our dealership.
Your day
As anApprentice Parts Advisor, your day will include working alongside other Parts Advisors carrying out the following:
- Providing parts advice to customers who are having problems with their vehicles.
- Taking part orders from customers both face to face and over the phone.
- Stock control for vehicle parts and accessories.
- Helping to maintain an ordered stock room.
- Raising invoices for parts sold.
- Liaison with internal teams in dealership to ensure the correct stock is available.
Have you got what it takes?
- Able to plan, organise self and meet agreed work deadlines.
- Able to assimilate information quickly and provide considered responses.
- Attention to detail and maintains good, accurate quality of work.
- PC/ Web literate.
- Full clean driving licence helpful but not essential.

Hours of work
Monday to Friday 08.00 to 17.30 (with 1 hour for lunch).
