We are hiring an Operations Associate to work across Finance, People and the wider operational side of the business.This role is deliberately unspecialised.
You will not own a single function; you will be the person Operations relies on to get things moving, working directly with the Financial Controller and the People Director, and reporting to the SVP of Finance & Operations.
In practice that means a month-end close in the same week as an all-hands deck and a board travel booking.We are also hiring for how you work, not just what you have done.
