We do What we Say! That's why we need people like you to help us deliver on our promises. People who enjoy getting things done.

Whether you've recently completed an apprenticeship, come from a military engineering background or already have experience as a Plant Technician, this is an opportunity to build your career with a growing infrastructure business.

Here are some of the activities you’ll be involved in:

  • Servicing, maintaining and repairing construction plant, tools and equipment, including towable equipment
  • Diagnosing faults and carrying out mechanical, hydraulic and electrical repairs
  • Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance activities
  • Ensuring equipment is maintained to a high standard and available when required
  • Completing maintenance records and associated documentation
  • Working closely with colleagues across the Plant team
  • Attending operational sites to diagnose faults and respond to breakdowns when required
  • Supporting the wider workshop team with a variety of plant-related activities

We’d love to hear from you if...

You hold an NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Plant Maintenance, Construction Equipment Maintenance, Heavy Vehicle Maintenance or a related discipline.

We’re also keen to hear from candidates with relevant military engineering experience or equivalent overseas qualifications

Whether you’re newly qualified or already working as a Plant Technician, you’ll have strong practical skills, enjoy fault finding and take pride in delivering quality work.

You’ll also have:

  • A practical, hands-on approach
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • The ability to manage your workload and prioritise tasks
  • A full UK driving licence
