We Do What We Say

That's why we need people like you - individuals who take pride in delivering on promises, enjoy solving problems, and thrive in making things happen.

We are proud to have worked closely with Anglian Water for many years, helping them to supply safe drinking. We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor supporting the delivery of essential services across the Anglian region. This role plays an important part in helping us meet our commitments to customers while contributing to environmental and social improvements within the communities we serve.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, supporting customers, and ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes, this could be the role for you.

The Role

This role provides frontline support to customers through appointment booking and responding to enquiries or concerns. You will be passionate about delivering a high standard of customer service while ensuring information is accurately recorded and communicated across operational teams.

Alongside customer contact responsibilities, you will also support engagement activities, including assisting with campaigns that help generate appointments and improve customer interaction through a range of communication channels.

Here are some of the activities you'll be involved in...

  • Acting as a primary point of contact for customers, booking metering appointments and capturing feedback to inform service improvements.
  • Maintaining and updating systems and databases to provide accurate and timely information, supporting performance management and ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • Assisting in the planning and scheduling of work activities, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting social media and other communication campaigns to enhance customer engagement and service awareness.

We'd love to hear from you if...

You have excellent customer service skills, particularly over the phone, and confidence in using IT systems to manage and track activity. Experience with SAP and Genesys would be advantageous.

Strong communication skills are essential, and you should be able to engage effectively with customers across multiple channels, including phone, email, social media, and self-service platforms.

We're seeking someone who is proactive, organised, and enjoys being part of a team that delivers results. You'll thrive in a fast paced environment and take pride in supporting colleagues and customers to achieve excellent outcomes.
