About the role Snowflake is building the next generation of agentic enterprise tools and requires a Staff Product Manager for the Cortex team. You will guide the development of AI services and solutions, ensuring they integrate securely and effectively into the Snowflake Data Cloud.

What you'll do
- Direct the full product lifecycle for AI services, from initial discovery and requirement gathering to development, launch, and performance analysis.
- Manage a cross-functional pod consisting of engineers, data scientists, and solution architects to execute product goals.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and design departments to facilitate product releases and promote the product vision.
- Maintain a direct line of communication with enterprise users and executives to translate business objectives into technical requirements.
- Convert custom, one-off customer deployments into scalable, repeatable platform features.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and execute high-stakes business strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management within enterprise software or cloud services.
- Technical proficiency to lead architectural discussions with senior engineers.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI paradigms, including LLMs, vector databases, and agentic workflows.
- Proven ability to build and execute a product roadmap based on a clear strategy.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with enterprise customers to identify and solve high-value problems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to C-level stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience launching products specifically for data scientists or developers.
- Prior familiarity with the Snowflake platform or the Data Cloud ecosystem.
- Background in management consulting.
- Experience working in high-growth environments characterized by high ambiguity.
- Previous experience supporting forward-deployed engineering or professional services teams.
- MBA or advanced degree.
