The Senior Services Solutions Manager (SSM) at Level 4 is a fully qualified professional responsible for managing complex engagements. This role focuses on the strategic transition of customers from purchasing "hours" to achieving "defined impact" and business value. You will act as a consultative challenger, ensuring that every Statement of Work (SOW) is a rigorous, milestone-driven roadmap linked to specific business outcomes.

- Commercial Data Integrity: Own the accuracy of bookings forecasts and financial milestones in SFDC, ensuring the commercial health of the practice.
- Value Engineering: Translate complex business challenges into milestone-driven roadmaps, ensuring SOW alignment with customer Use Cases.
- Cross-Functional Networking: Network with senior internal and external personnel in your area of expertise to drive alignment on the "Unified Front."

- Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree.
- Field Expertise: 8-12 years of field sales or services delivery experience, specifically within Data Warehousing, BI, or Cloud fields.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level capability in Technical Discovery, Scoping, and leading deep discovery pre-signature.
