Snowflake is seeking a Senior Manager, Partner Field Operations to help define the strategy, insights, and priorities that drive growth across our global partner ecosystem. Sitting at the intersection of Partner, Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Data & AI, this role will identify opportunities to expand partner-led growth, improve go-to-market effectiveness, and inform key business decisions. This role combines strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and operational execution to translate complex business challenges into actionable recommendations. Leveraging market intelligence, ecosystem analytics, predictive insights, and business modeling, you will help evaluate investments, optimize partner motions, and influence the evolution of Snowflake’s partner strategy and operating model.

  • Develop strategic recommendations to accelerate partner-led growth, expand routes to market, and improve ecosystem performance.
  • Support long-range planning, annual planning, and investment prioritization across the Partner organization.
  • Generate actionable insights through ecosystem health scoring, predictive analytics, market intelligence, and performance measurement.
  • Analyze partner, customer, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Build business cases, financial models, and scenario analyses to evaluate strategic initiatives, investments, and operating model changes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve effectiveness through AI-assisted planning, automation, and data-driven decision making.

Cross-Functional Execution:

  • Partner with Sales, Partner, Finance, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Data teams to drive alignment and execution of key initiatives.
  • Develop executive-ready narratives, recommendations, and presentations that influence decisions and business outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and intellectually curious problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys tackling complex business challenges.
  • You bring partner ecosystem knowledge, strong strategic acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven insights and compelling narratives.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools; experience with Snowflake is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, GTM strategies, and B2B customer acquisition, expansion, and retention motions.
  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, partner strategy, consulting, or related roles within high-growth technology companies.
  • Proven experience developing business cases, financial models, strategic recommendations, and executive-level presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive complex initiatives in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience leveraging data, forecasting, and AI-driven insights to influence decisions.
  • MBA or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in cloud, SaaS, data platform, or consumption-based business models.
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystem analytics, forecasting, and AI-enabled business processes.
