At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. Your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.
Our Data Analytics and AI org (DAA) is actively seeking a Staff Analyst, GTM Analytics to contribute to building our framework to monitor health of business through metrics analysis. Examples of deliverables include building new assets, QBR, performance and ROI analysis and deep dive. You'll be part of a global team transforming GTM data into actionable intelligence, driving real-time ROI optimization across international markets. This role combines technical expertise with strategic leadership to deliver impactful insights that directly influence our go-to-market strategy and business growth. Working with stakeholders in EMEA, you'll champion data-driven decision making and advance our mission of revolutionizing B2B GTM analytics practices.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Be a Strategic Partner to Leadership: Partner with GTM executives to align analytics initiatives with global business objectives — driving QBRs, shaping investment decisions, and proactively surfacing insights that move the business, not just inform it.
- Turn Data into Business Outcomes: Go beyond reporting to influence pipeline generation, conversion optimization, and campaign ROI — presenting complex analytical findings to executive stakeholders with clarity and impact. You measure success by decisions changed, not dashboards shipped.
- Bridge Business and Technical Worlds: Collaborate across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Strategy teams to translate complex business questions into scalable analytical solutions — and communicate findings back in ways that drive alignment and action.
- Master the Analytical Foundation: Maintain deep fluency in the data models, metrics, and pipelines (SQL, dbt, Snowflake) that power GTM reporting. Partner closely with Analytics Engineering and BI teams to ensure insights are accurately surfaced — and step in hands-on-keys when needed to build, debug, or extend models.
- Amplify Reach with AI & Automation: Drive AI Self-Service & Productivity by enabling stakeholders to query complex marketing and pipeline data using natural-language, AI-driven interfaces (semantic models, text-to-SQL, Cortex Analyst) — reducing reliance on manual ad-hoc reporting and letting leadership get answers faster without sacrificing rigor.
- Champion Data Quality & Governance: Ensure data integrity across source systems (Salesforce, Marketo, Snowflake) through automated testing and reconciliation. Spearhead data infrastructure improvements and best practices the team can trust at scale.
- Establish Thought Leadership: Represent the company in the business intelligence space at industry events and champion innovation across the analytics org.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Technical Mastery: 6+ years of experience in Analytics/BI within large-cap tech companies or high-growth SaaS environments; featuring advanced SQL, hands-on dbt proficiency, and strong Python skills for data transformation, analysis, and building AI-powered data applications.
- Business Acumen & Strategic Partnership: A track record of partnering directly with GTM leadership to drive strategic decisions. You think in terms of pipeline, conversion rates, and campaign ROI — not just tables and joins.
- AI & Innovation Literacy: Experience with or strong interest in building AI-driven analytics workflows — including semantic models, text-to-SQL, Cortex Analyst, or similar natural-language data interfaces — using Python and data app frameworks like Streamlit.
- GTM Domain Expertise: Proven experience with B2B GTM technology stacks (Salesforce, Marketo/Eloqua/HubSpot) and familiarity with the data pipeline ecosystem (Airflow, dbt, Snowflake).
- Executive Presence: Comfortable presenting to, advising, and pushing back on VP+ stakeholders — with the ability to work across different cultures and time zones.
Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
