Snowflake EMEA product marketers conceive of and execute go-to-market plans that drive awareness, adoption and success for our customers. We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to orchestrate go-to-market execution targeting AI decision makers and practitioners, scale global programmes, amplify regional priorities, and ensure our message resonates with this persona and broader technical decision-makers across industries.
This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with Account Teams, Field Marketing, Technical Sales, ABM, Demand Generation and Global Product Marketing to align strategy with execution. The successful candidate will thrive on programme orchestration, community building, enablement at scale, and surfacing regional insights to shape global direction.
This role is based out of Snowflake’s London office.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Serve as the connective tissue between EMEA field teams and central/global AI messaging, running a regular operating cadence (e.g., monthly syncs, launch reviews) with sales, growth and partner teams to align on shared GTM priorities and drive execution of AI sales motions.
- Partner directly with EMEA sales leaders and AI/ML specialists to pressure-test messaging against live deals, capturing field and customer feedback and channeling it into product management and global PMM as structured input on roadmap, positioning, and competitive gaps.
- Build repeatable feedback loops that keep campaigns and assets practical, credible, and grounded in what's actually winning deals in-region.
- Own the adaptation of global AI/ML messaging and campaigns into EMEA-ready narratives, tailoring for regional buyer priorities, industry nuances, competitive dynamics, data-sovereignty/regulatory considerations, and language/localization needs across enterprise and commercial segments.
- Build region-specific plays that drive net-new user acquisition, expansion within existing accounts, and deep adoption at scale, clearly translating complex AI/ML capabilities for executive, technical, and operational buying audiences.
- Support the integration of AI/ML messaging into adjacent product categories (Analytics, Data Engineering/Data Lake) and vertical GTM motions (line of business and industry), ensuring one coherent regional story rather than siloed workload pitches.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create compelling, outcome-led EMEA customer stories, reference narratives, and proof points that show real business impact from AI/ML deployments, quantified in ROI, time-to-value, and adoption metrics wherever possible.
- Raise the quality and consistency of AI content in EMEA, from webinars to events to executive content, support on marketing asset generation and review, and personally evangelize Snowflake's differentiation on stage and in executive settings.
- Create sales enablement and field-ready assets (talk tracks, demos, pitch narratives, and enablement packaging) that enable sellers and partners to tell credible, use-case-driven AI stories.
- Define and track the KPIs that measure GTM effectiveness for pipeline contribution, net-new AI user acquisition, consumption/usage growth, and adoption depth across accounts, partnering with other marketing stakeholders on shared targets.
- Use in-product usage signals, consumption data, and field feedback to monitor progress against regional AI targets, surface where plays are (and aren't) landing, and reallocate investment toward what's driving usage.
- Report on campaign and enablement impact to regional and global leadership, building a clear line of sight from marketing activity → pipeline → consumption.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- 7+ years of product marketing experience (or equivalent).
- Subject-matter expertise in data analytics, AI/ML/LLMs, data science, or application development, preferably with hands-on familiarity with AI assistant, copilot, or agentic-workflow products.
- Demonstrated ability to define and own regional GTM strategy, translating complex AI/ML capabilities into compelling narratives for executive, technical, and operational buyers.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills and able to align Sales, Product, and Marketing around shared priorities and drive execution without direct authority.
- A sharp analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret market signals, customer data, usage metrics, and field feedback to make informed GTM decisions and report on impact.
- Strong technical fluency and evangelism, including the ability to understand, demo, and articulate the business value of AI/ML applications in a variety of content.
- Drive product adoption and support product-led growth motions, layering marketing and sales programs on top of in-product signals to accelerate time-to-value.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% across the EMEA region.
Snowflake is scaling fast in EMEA, and we need builders who can think strategically and execute with urgency. If you are energised by orchestrating strategic programmes, engaging technical communities, enabling the field, and amplifying the voice of the region to shape global impact, we’d love to meet you.
How will you orchestrate impact at Snowflake? Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth.
