Snowflake EMEA product marketers conceive of and execute go-to-market plans that drive awareness, adoption and drive success for our customers. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to orchestrate go-to-market execution targeting Enterprise Architects, scale global programmes, amplify regional priorities, and ensure our message resonates with this persona and broader technical decision-makers across industries.
This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with Account Teams, Field Marketing, Technical Sales, ABM, Demand Generation and Global Product Marketing to align strategy with execution. The successful candidate will thrive on programme orchestration, community building, enablement at scale, and surfacing regional insights to shape global direction.
This role is based out of Snowflake’s London office.
What You’ll Do
- Own and align marketing strategy in the EMEA region for the Enterprise Architect persona, ensuring plans reflect technical architecture insights and empowering the field to execute with impact.
- Enable the field at scale by running regional programmes, sales plays and delivering clear and relevant messaging.
- Lead cross-functional working groups including ABM and Demand Generation to ensure disciplined marketing programme execution and alignment across teams.
- Build and nurture a community motion targeted at Enterprise Architects to foster peer-to-peer engagement and long-term platform advocacy.
- Champion outcome-driven selling by equipping sales teams with messaging and programmes that tie Snowflake’s architectural advantages to measurable impact.
- Amplify the EMEA voice by capturing regional insights, sales feedback and performance data to inform global GTM, messaging and roadmap decisions.
- Translate Snowflake’s platform value into architectural blueprint and technical framework statements that resonate with key technical decision-makers.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing or GTM strategy, specifically focused on data and AI platform architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to orchestrate cross-functional GTM programmes that scale across regions and resonate with the Enterprise Architect persona and technical decision-makers.
- Proven experience in building and scaling a community motion or developer/architect relations programme.
- Ability to translate complex technology and architecture value into clear strategic frameworks that resonate with decision-makers.
- Strong collaboration and influence skills, with the ability to align global strategy to regional execution across ABM and Demand Gen teams, among others.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, distilling complex architectural concepts into compelling, business-relevant narratives.
- Commitment to being a culture champion who builds trust, collaboration and inclusivity across functions and regions.
- An analytical, data-driven mindset with a focus on measuring impact and driving continuous improvement.
- Experience developing regional or industry-specific campaigns that complement global priorities is a plus.
- Experience working with or marketing to the Public Sector is a plus.
- BS/BA degree preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
