The internship will give you the opportunity to explore the worlds of PR, customer marketing, internal communications and social media. You will work closely with a variety of individuals and teams and manage numerous projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to roll-up their sleeves and get stuck in with both the big and small tasks! The ideal candidate is a self-starter who brings a positive energy and a natural curiosity to learn and to explore.

What we expect:
- Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program during the time of the internship
- Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business, Media Management, Marketing, Communications, or similar field
- Must be available for one-year placement
- Based in London or able to travel to London office
- Strong interest in marketing
- First experience with marketing tools (e.g Canva, Salesforce, Wrike, WordPress, PR measurement tools, social management platforms) is advantageous but we are happy to teach you
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional skills in French or German language would be an advantage
- Highly organised team player with a hands-on mentality, project management, time management and execution skills
- Ability to maintain an optimistic, approachable, and self-starter attitude
- An eye for detail and a creative spark for messaging, storytelling, content creation, etc.
The role:
You will work as an integral part of Snowflake’s EMEA communications team to ensure the consistent delivery of programmes to a high standard and with measurable outcomes. Your role will be pivotal in the coordination and execution of regional communications activities, supporting programmes designed to provide valuable awareness, positioning and credibility for Snowflake in the region. We’re looking for a passionate self-starter who wants to gain valuable hands-on experience and help develop Snowflake’s reputation in EMEA.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player, with a passion for communications, a customer-first attitude and outstanding organisational skills. They should be able to handle and adapt to a fast-paced environment that is constantly evolving and have the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
Focus areas:
- Support on programme coordination, management, delivery and reporting
- Work on content creation and review across PR, customer marketing, internal communications and social media
- Support agency management processes to ensure programme success
- Liaison with corporate PR, customer marketing and social media teams
- Documentation maintenance and management
- Team management logistics and coordination
- Media coverage tracking and utilization of PR measurement tools to support reporting
- Logistical support for PR activities and events and customer videos and other in-person activations
- Social media monitoring and escalation
What you will learn and gain:
- You will learn the ins and outs of a dynamic communications team, spanning PR in multiple EMEA countries, regional customer marketing, internal communications and social media, while sitting in a marketing team delivering the full marketing mix: event management, partner marketing, demand generation, account based marketing etc.
- You will gain experience using a range of tools to support decision making and enable evaluation and reporting
- You will be part of a team using data and insights to drive decision making
- You will develop your understanding of how the media works and how to create strategies and storylines to educate, inform and inspire external audiences
