Snowflake Gelato is a luxury frozen dessert and drinks business. We are looking for a talented individual to join our friendly and committed team. The Supervisor role is responsible for providing our customers with a unique experience from the moment they first approach us to when they make their purchase and beyond. Leading the team on shift, organising duties and making sure standards are delivered. Reporting into the General Manager, the Supervisor is a perfect start for someone looking to develop a career in Customer Service.
