Alongside our retail stores, we deliver high-end brand partnerships and pop-up activations at some of the UK's most prestigious locations.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We're looking for a proactive, detail-driven Events Manager to lead our events programme, with a particular focus on the summer pop-up season. Your main responsibilities will be to source summer pop-up opportunities nationwide, along with sourcing brands we'd like to collaborate with that match our brand's profile.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Brand Partnerships and Collaboration
- Identify and source summer pop-up opportunities and site locations across the UK, that help increase our brand's reach and engagement.
- Set the budget for each pop-up and own CAPEX in full, ensuring every opportunity stacks up commercially before proceeding.
- Manage the full site set-up process, including Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
- Coordinate delivery end-to-end: equipment, staffing, stock, and on-site operations.
- Ensure all pop-ups meet Snowflake's brand, quality, and health & safety standards.
- Identify and reach out to brands that we want to work with, this could be across fashion, lifestyle or other food brands.
- Work on innovative ways to have our product offered with the brand.
- Enquiry Management & B2B Development
- Own and manage all incoming event enquiries, with a focus on summer activations.
- Assess and prioritise opportunities based on brand fit, commercial viability, and strategic value.
- Build and manage a pipeline of B2B event partners and clients.
- Develop proposals and pricing for prospective partners.
- Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary external point of contact for event clients, venue partners, and suppliers.
- Build strong working relationships with agencies, brands, and venue operators for repeat business.
- Liaise internally with operations, marketing, and franchise teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Track event performance (revenue, cost, brand exposure) and report post-event outcomes.
- Own the events budget, including forecasting, cost tracking, and spend approval across pop-ups and B2B activations.
- Monitor profitability of individual events and the overall programme.
- Report on budget performance and flag variances to the Head of Brand & Partnerships.
- Refine processes and documentation (RAMS, site set-up checklists) to improve efficiency year-on-year.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in events management, ideally within food & beverage, retail, or hospitality.
- Strong commercial acumen able to assess and prioritise opportunities quickly.
- Experience managing site logistics and pop-up set-up.
- Budget management experience, comfortable owning P&L for a function or programme.
- Working knowledge of RAMS and health & safety requirements for pop-up/event environments.
- Excellent communication skills confident as the face of the brand externally.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple concurrent enquiries and live events.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally, including overnight stays where required.
- Comfortable working flexibly during peak summer season, including some weekends.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary.
