We are a small independent showroom selling high-quality products to the public. Customer care and attention to detail are our strong points, and every job is our future recommendation. We are a small friendly team.

You will be responsible for meeting and greeting our customers, producing inspirational kitchen designs, and managing the job from start to finish. Knowledge of kitchen software design packages is essential.

Basic salary plus uncapped commission based on sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom
  • Ensure that the showroom is clean, organized, and well-maintained
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking products as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service to showroom visitors, answering questions and assisting with product selection
  • Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to promote showroom products
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
