The Opportunity
As a Document Controller, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring project documentation is managed accurately, efficiently, and in line with company and client standards. You'll take ownership of document control processes, working closely with engineers, project managers, and design teams to ensure information is distributed, tracked, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and is passionate about maintaining high standards of document management using modern digital platforms.
Document Controller Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain project documentation
- Ensure all project documentation is correctly issued, received, tracked, and archived.
- Maintain accurate document registers and revision histories.
- Work closely with engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure documentation is issued in line with project deadlines.
- Monitor document workflows and ensure compliance with company and client procedures.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of document control processes.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on document management best practices and Autodesk platforms.
