£60,000 - £65,000 basic salary and a company vehicle

We’re looking for an experienced Sprinkler Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial fire protection projects from start to finish. You’ll coordinate teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure every system we install meets the highest safety and compliance standards.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing fire sprinkler projects from inception to completion, ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.
  • Overseeing design, procurement, and installation phases, liaising closely with engineers, site teams, and clients.
  • Carrying out site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Ensuring full compliance with British Standards (BS EN 12845), industry regulations, and company quality procedures.
  • Managing project documentation, including schedules, reports, and health & safety records.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in project management within the sprinkler/fire protection industry.
  • Strong knowledge of BS EN 12845 and relevant fire safety regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office.
