Snowdon recruitment are looking for a Domestic EV Installer in the Birmingham area to join our reputable renewables client's strong and growing team. Please see the job details below for the EV Installer position.

Day-to-day responsibilities for the Domestic EV Installer:

  • Installing EV charging points from a range of leading manufacturers
  • Attending both domestic and commercial sites
  • Carrying out fault finding and remedial works
  • Completing customer handovers, including app setup and guidance
  • Encouraging customer reviews and referrals
  • Maintaining a clean and organised van, tools, uniform, and stock
  • Attending HQ team meetings and contributing ideas to help improve the business

What’s on offer for the EV Installer? This is a fantastic opportunity with realistic earnings of £50,000+ OTE, including:

  • £39,000 basic salary based on completing 2 installations per day (Monday – Friday)
  • Additional earning potential with £80 paid for a 3rd installation in a day
  • £40 weekly uplift for completing 13 installs per week
  • Employee of the Month rewards (£150 for 1st place, £100 for 2nd, £50 for 3rd)
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Local work planned around your postcode area, typically within a 40-mile radius
  • Company van provided
