Aspens Bar & Kitchen at the SnowDome offers a unique alpine dining experience in the heart of Tamworth. We are looking for a Chef Manager to lead the kitchen and shape a fresh, exciting food offer that matches this one-of-a-kind setting. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will combine creativity and strong operational control to deliver high quality food and a smooth, efficient kitchen. You will lead from the front and take full ownership of the kitchen operation. From creating seasonal menus to delivering during busy service, you will set the standard across quality, consistency and performance.

Job Type: Full-Time, competitive salary commensurate to experience. Full-Time: 40hrs/5 days a week (including evenings and weekends).
