Our swimming pool is a key attraction, offering recreational swimming, swimming lessons, water fitness classes and competitive training. We are seeking a Swimming Pool Manager to oversee the daily operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for all users.

As a Swimming Pool Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the swimming pool, supervising staff, maintaining high safety standards, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will also oversee maintenance, compliance with health and safety regulations, and the development of swimming programs.

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the swimming pool, ensuring smooth and efficient running.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of safety and hygiene.
  • Schedule and manage pool availability for recreational swimming, lessons, and events.
  • Ensure compliance with all local and national health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular pool safety checks, including water quality and chemical balance monitoring.
  • Oversee risk assessments and emergency response procedures.
