Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service to ensure an “best in class” Snowsports experience
  • Provide ski and snowboard equipment to guests
  • Monitor guests on the slope
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas and equipment
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed service goals

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous experience in a guest service role is highly desirable
