Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service to ensure an “best in class” Snowsports experience
- Provide ski and snowboard equipment to guests
- Monitor guests on the slope
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed service goals
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in a guest service role is highly desirable
