Join our team as an Ice Skating Team Member as part of our Snow, Ice and Climb department!
In this role, you'll ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all of our guests by marshalling ice skating sessions, assisting guests with skate rental and marshalling our Snow Fun Park!

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service to ensure an “best in class” experience
- Provide rental equipment to guests
- Monitor guests on the Ice and Snow Fun Park
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed service goals

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in a guest service role is highly desirable
