Join our team as a Climb Team Member as part of our Snow, Ice and Climb department!

We are looking for enthusiastic and safety-conscious individuals to assist climbers, provide equipment guidance, and ensure an exceptional experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service to ensure an “best in class” experience
  • Provide safety briefings and equipment guidance to climbers
  • Monitor guests and provide support throughout sessions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas and equipment
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed service goals

  • A passion for climbing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous experience in a guest service role is highly desirable
