We are looking for enthusiastic line chefs to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidates will have previous experience in a similar fast-paced restaurant environment and will be ready to uphold our high standards of food quality and presentation.
Job Type: Part & Full Time Roles Available
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations in your designated station, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Prepare and execute dishes according to the restaurant's menu specifications.
- Collaborate with the senior chef team to develop and enhance menu offerings.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness within the kitchen.
- Assist with inventory management and control of food costs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
